About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Sales & Field Service Executive to join our North India team. This is a dynamic field-based role that combines technical installation, customer support, and sales. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, demonstrating products, installing systems, providing after-sales service, and building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate enjoys travelling, working on-site, solving technical problems, and interacting with customers. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and meet potential customers including transport companies, fleet operators, logistics businesses, and industrial clients.
• Demonstrate SGT HydroEdge products and explain fuel-saving benefits.
• Install and commission hydrogen fuel assist systems at customer locations.
• Conduct testing, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Train customers on system usage and maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service visits.
• Resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
• Maintain service reports and installation documentation.
• Travel extensively across North India for customer visits and installations.

Eligibility

• Graduate / Diploma / ITI in any discipline
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome
• Technical knowledge of automotive, diesel engines, DG sets, HVAC, electrical, mechanical maintenance, or industrial equipment is preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence
• Comfortable with frequent travel and field work
