About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential corporate clients.
• Generate leads through various channels including calls, emails, and networking.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is a plus.
